ADK Medal Haul

Adrenaline do kan came away with ten medals at an East Midlands AJA competition June 16th. Some of the juniors were attending their 1st competition and although nervous, they performed magnificently, as did the whole team

Awesome Gemma Howell Masterclass

Great turnout for this Adrenaline Do Kan event, where Former European Champion Gemma Howell accompanied by her Uke and former British Champion Gavin Davies demonstrated her favourite Newaza and Tachi-waza techniques, before showing how they work with some light randori. The feedback was incredibly complimentary.

Adrenaline do Kan at ADK grappling Academy is pleased to announce that Former European Champion Gemma Howell will be taking a masterclass on Sunday March 3rd along with her ‘uke’ former British Champion Gavin Davies. the event will be technical from 10am to 11.30am and randori from 12pm to 1.30pm.

Boys did good

Bhav and Anthony participated in a UKJS event at the weekend, and it was supposed to include Stuart but unfortunately the event overrun to predicted time scales and he had to leave because of prior commitments. The boys did good with a bronze and silver respectfully

Adrenaline do kan Judoka Cherelle Archer used more than an a little of her newaza skills to come away with Gold and Silver in the Gi and No Gi pools. One finish was from a classic Kesa Katame and in another fight tomo nage was in evidence

26th and 27th Nov sees Adrenaline judo representatives compete in two BJJ competitions, one in Nottingham and one Coventry. They are sub only competitions so strangles and armlocks are order of the day.
